Passive Fire Protection for upgrading existing panelled doors

Advantages

• Maintains the original character of the door

• System can be applied over existing coatings
• 30 - 60 minute fire rating depending on the thickness and type

Method / Application

• Intumescent paper with either card, veneer or ply is cut to panel size
• The card is then applied to panels
• An intumescent coating is applled to the beads
• Styles and rails may also need a coating depending on the system

• Easy to apply
• Ideal for refurbishment - original features remain
• System can be applied over existing coatings
• Economical
• Achieving 50 minutes integrity
